Dear Beloveds:
Heartsong will be holding a gathering Saturday evening, December 8th. We will meet in the dining hall for potluck at 5:30 pm and then move up to the shrine around 7:00 for Gatha class, Dance and Zikr. Please join us in the invisible realm if you are unable to be with us in the physical realm.
….And, over the next few weeks, as all the world is a-buzz about calendars and solstices and such, please keep in your heart the remembrance that all over the planet people are bringing their focus to Rumi, to the shared prayer of the turn, and to the possibility of whirling ever more into our natural state of unity – beyond words. ..
On Monday, December 17th there will be a special gathering at Heartsong in honor of the Urs of Rumi – that anniversary of his death and union with all. We will gather in the shrine at 7pm and have a zikr and poetry reading in honor of Rumi. There will then be a “snack luck” or light potluck at Khabir’s house.
