Spring Break Retreat – Thursday, March 26 – Sunday, March 29
Join in a weekend of connection, reflection, and celebration at the Heartsong!
The gathering begins Thursday evening (guest arrival) and continues through Sunday, with the Ziraat opening on Friday morning.
Set amidst nature, this family-oriented event offers camping, shared meals, and activities that nurture the heart and spirit.
Saturday will be devoted to honoring the life and teachings of Murshid Kabir, a time for remembrance, music, and community.
All are welcome…travelers, seekers, and friends alike.
Heartsong Ziraat Schedule
Friday – March 27
7:00 am – Morning meditation in Shrine
8:00 am – Breakfast
9:00 am – Element class in Shrine
• Prayer opening
• Elemental breath practice – Aziza
• Introduction to elemental wheel and creation of altar – Shira

10:00 am – Earth practice with crystals and stones – Bekka
11:00 am – Offering from participants
11:30 am – Dances and group practices – Aziza and Shira
12:30–1:30 pm – Lunch

3:30–5:00 pm – Forest Bathing – Chanda Shannon Claire

Indoor spaces include the new cabin, teahouse by the pond, and cabin by the creek. Due to limited indoor space, some attendees will need to camp. Heartsong has two big tents and four cots available.
